Hi, I am Debbie and I set up Bumblebee Blooms five years ago. Previous incarnations as a community worker, primary school teacher and growing up on a fruit and vegetable farm have provided me with a wide range of skills to run my own flower farm. I have a passion for growing. Nurturing the soil; sowing the seed; watering and weeding to produce the best quality cut flowers.  I love that my flowers bring so much joy, whether a simple bunch from the farm gate or a beautiful bridal bouquet.

I am a proud member of Flowers from the Farm, the nationwide membership organisation that supports and promotes flower farmers and locally grown flowers. I have a degree in conservation and ecology so working in harmony with the environment is central to my approach to growing.
